I was listening to the metal program on satellite radio and they announced the “Best Metal Performance”…my boys Mastodon from Atlanta just got nominated. It’s pretty crazy how huge those dudes have gotten, especially considering the fact I’ve been friends with 2 of them for at least 15 years.
Pretty fuckin’ surreal.
I’m proud of them…they deserve it and they will probably win it, though they are up against my favorite band of all time…
