It’s a done deal, all of the details / financing / legal crap is worked out — as of, 2/28 this is where I will be resting my head.
No roommates, just me and my cats.
Now the last order of business is to have a proper going away party for my former den of iniquity, apartment #420! Look for details soon.
I know it’s kinda cheezy to brag about crap like this, but I’ve never been so exited about anything in my life.
