I Am Willing To Give Up A Percentage of JQMedia

I said I wouldn’t go to the boards with this, but…
I am willing to give away a percentage of JQMedia (my own traffic network, yes including www.jays-xxx-links.com, www.snizzshare.com, as well as over 300+ domains) to a webmaster with suficiant skills to run a vast Linklist, Blog, TGP, and Tube empire that is at this very moment still quite profitable.
I have had many employees work with me on this project over the years and every single one of them either flaked, built their own networks with my money / knowledge, or were simpily incompetent.
The whole time I have retained 100% ownership of this beast. At the present time, I am focusing my time and efforts on OCCash and do not have time to work on this network and give it the love it needs to restore it to its former glory.
JQMedia has made me millions through the years. I am in no rush to do anything unless it is exactly the right situation.
What I am looking for is someone with the drive, brains, dedication, and webmaster skills to work on JQMedia daily with me. Right now, it is operating at about 20% of the network’s potential. Make no mistake about it, I am still ne of the best idea-guys in the industry and can still geek it up with the best of them, despite my GFY persona.
Rather than go through the revolving door of employees I have for so many years or take short of what I think JQMedia is worth. I would rather turn some of the responsibilities to a talented and driven webmaster to work for (a very fair) percentage of the company ownership (and revenue) 
.
I figure giving a piece is the only fair way to move forward, as your income will be directly tied to your effort in this project and you will be working to get a bigger piece of something for yourself!
The main focus of this project is (of course) SEO, which is a passion of mine and something I truly enjoy doing. The JQMedia network is a SEO guy’s wet dream, whith domains that have been listed for over 10 years, DMOZ listing, and backlinks galore. I would still work with this daily and have a vision for the network future.
Skill needs: programming, blog experience, html, a little bit of graphics, RSS link trading, plus be someone I CAN TRUST!!!
Like I said at the beginning of the rambling post, I never planned on going to the boards with this, but then again, I always thought I knew who that missing person would be (and I don’t), so I am just throwing this out there and seeing what shakes out.
Maybe nothing.
