Let’s face it. Everyone said 2008 was going to be a pivotal year for the paysite / affiliate model. I’ve crunched the numbers for the first half of 2008 and things are looking just as dismal as expected. Revenues are down for me as much as 60% from what they were 2 years ago. Sure, I’ve been spending more time on OCCash and I might have lost a few search terms, but I still have a shitload of traffic and the fact is people are not buying like they used to.
Weather it’s the illegal-tube-site-effect, the economy, aggressive xsales, torrents, tricky trial members areas, or lack luster content; people are just not joining porn sites like they used to.
Here’s a few notes from this stats run:
1. As always, ratios are ratios, but cash is cash. The top earners are really the best gauge of what makes the real money:

2. Orgycash killed it. Probably because they bill in Euros and have great content. Either way, they shot way to the top.
3. Fuckyoucash is going to be a stable hot program that will put money in your pocket. They make their debut on my top earners this run.
4. With so much free porn being given away, the only thing left to sell is interactivity. I’ve seriously been considering pulling my AFF traffic, but they do bring home the bacon, plus I doubt the loss of my traffic would even affect them.
5. The old over-saturated sponsors people say don’t convert like Nasty Dollars and Bangbros convert again because other people are out promoting new over saturated programs.
6. Revshare is way better than PPS if a sites conetnt is good and updates are strong. Almost everyone that made it to the top of the Earnings-Per-Click did do because of rebills. Even sponsor with horrible ratios held their own because of solid rebills.
The rest of this year should remain interesting and chalenging. Hopefully, the porn slinging environment will change before it’s time to crunch the numbers again!

Ad you may already know. We’ve been working on a DMOZ-style human edited directory on snizzshare with the intention of listing every porn site that has content on Snizzshare:

2. Send us the url of the video you’ve uploaded.
3. The pornstar must actually have content on your paysite.
4. Send in 50-70 words of original text, a 210 x 310 screenshot of the girl, and your affiliate url. Additionally you can send nationality, birthday, measurements, hair color and eye color if you have this information. Please email all of this to snizzshare@gmail.com. If this doesn’t make a legal tube site work, I don’t know what will. One major problem with tube sites is the surfers are often just mindlessly navigating a site trying to pull the pud to the longest video possible without becoming familiar with the product we are trying to sell.
While it is stupid to ignore the fact that tube sites are here to stay. It is also a good idea to blend some old ideas of the old with some new.

This is some ultra-geeky webmaster shit. If you don’t know what a A>B>C non-recip link trade is then don’t even bother. This is how it works:
1. I syndicate your blog on my site (A)
2. You syndicate my blog on one of your sites, but not the same as A (B) – we will call this site C.
Here are some simple rules:
1. We will try to match Pagerank somewhat.
2. The content must be relevant.
3. Your blog must be hand written and not just sponsor RSS.
4. There is a limit to one original post per day.

As some might know, I do allow my house to be used for adult loction work. I do not advertise or seek out new clients. I have no desire to do business with sketchy fuckers and only deal with people I know.
Previous clients include: Naughty America, Shanesworld, Silver Cinema, Rick Shameless, Twistys, and Siccash.

Since I am not out looking to *WOW* new clients with these pictures, of course, there are much better ones and there are multiple rooms that are not pictured including a living room, wieght room, “fun room” with a stripper pool, and a master bath with another hottub and steamshower.

When I left the house at 11:30 PM I should have known I had it coming. I pulled out of my driveway — a black cat crossed my path.
As a rule: I NEVER drink when I am driving. Not because I am worried I will kill people, strictly legality.
Around 11:30 PM, I figured by the LA one-thirty last call I wouldn’t even have time to get drunk, so I drove. I went to the bar. I did what I usually do. About 6 to seven Bud lights and 6 shots of Jaguar pretty fast.
For me: not really drunk.
For the Law: Way over the limit.
I wound up handing out with “Mystery” and “Matador” from the Pick-Up-Artist (the worlds #1 and #2 pick-up-artists respectively).
At some point, this really hot girl in a tied up Slayer shirt comes up to me and tells me that she recognizes from a long time ago.
She then puts a Narco pill in my mouth.
I leave the bar and am invited to a party at mystery’s house, but decide that I just ought to go home. On my way, I get pulled over by the cops for the smoked taillights on my car, which I had just gotten a ticket a few days before.
The cop comes up to my window and I just kicked into survival mode. I’m not the toughest or smartest guy in the world, but I’ve been through enough shit that would have killed 10 other men. Considering my rather lengthy criminal record, a DUI would have sent me to prison for sure.
Somehow, I managed to pull shit together and calmly tell the cop I knew about the taillight problem. He then gave me a sobriety test, which I should have failed for countless reasons, but didn’t.
If he had pulled out the breathalyzer, that would have been my ass. I wasn’t really that drunk, but I was drunk enough, plus the pills.
Somehow, I managed to make it home, so I am typing this now.
A rule I have lived for by many years and have only broken on very rare occasions: If you are going out drinking, take a fucking cab. Your freedom is not worth it.

Why? Because the submit short videos to snizzshare on a regular basis and are now enjoying free and permanent traffic without compromising their content like other tube sites do.
Some companies have been uploading just a few videos and then stopping. The trick to snizzshare is to upload a few videos every week and build traffic gradually as the site builds traffic. It does take some patience to see good results, but did I remember to mention that this is FREE? There is no risk of losing money on a bad gallery spot. keyword bids, or skimmed traffic.
